I lost my voice. This is the first time that's ever happened to me. I caught a cold Thursday night while we were closing the next issue of The L. It's been a weird cold, the stages have been coming and going, never all hitting me at the same time like usual. But this is the first time in my life I've lost my voice.
It probably has to do with the 2 weekends in a row when I stayed out late and tried to talk loud over the music in bars. That and the fact that I probably shouldn't have gone out last Friday because I was sick. But it was so worth it just for running into someone.
