Erni Vales, graffiti artist, was commissioned(?) to create a piece for Metro Marche yesterday. He painted in front of the restaurant from 11AM-2PM. He has his work on display in the restaurant until May 18.
I was there to take some photos of the event. The Daily News (NY daily) also had a photographer there to take some photos. She was shooting with a Nikon D2Xs, which I found surprising. That means that the Daily News photogs shoot Nikon as opposed to Canon. Maybe they were too invested in lenses at one point and didn't want to switch. This is only notable because Canon has better low noise performance and most professionals shoot Canon because of it.
My company's Canon 20D blows my Nikon D80 out of the water in terms of noise reduction, and the 20D is like 3 years older now! Anyway, not here to complain about cameras.
