Wasabi Crusted Salmon

Took some new photos of prepackaged salads for Cafe Metro today. We moved the lights back to my office so now I have my little set up again!

Time to play around with the lights. I'm really excited.

On another note- The Wasabi Crusted Salmon Salad (above) exploded in number of views on my Flickr stream to position 4, beating out the Metro Marche's Lobster Cobb Salad. Only time will tell if it has the pull to beat out one of the Ninas in the top 3. I'll keep ya'll updated!
